~Paper Hats on a Rainy Day~

What do we do in Atlanta when it’s raining endlessly outside? We make paper hats for our dogs of course! Can’t you tell how much Elvis loves his hat Chloe made for him? His expression says it all~custom paper doggy hats by Chloe!
